Through the apprenticeship program, you'll be paid to learn everything you need to know to become a skilled millwright. 2025 union pay scale begins at $27.92/hour for 1st year apprentices.What You'll DoInstall, align, dismantle, and relocate industrial machinery and equipmentConduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance of machineryDiagnose and resolve mechanical issuesFollow all safety policies to maintain a safe working environmentInterpret technical drawings, blueprints and schematicsUtilize hand and power tools and precision measuring equipmentWho You Are18 or older with a high school diploma or GEDMechanical aptitude and able to troubleshootStrong teamwork and communication skillsGood work ethicFlexibility to work in various environments and conditionsCommitment to safety and high-quality craftsmanshipWho We AreWe are Passionate.
