Position Overview

This role supports production and safety operations in a pulp mill environment. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in dusty, fast-paced conditions Flexibility is required, as shift times and workdays may change based on production needs.

Shift Schedule

• Swing Shift -4:00 PM 12:00 AM
  Thursday Monday

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform Firewatch safety monitoring watch for any fires

• Fill 50ilb bags and stack onto a pallet

• Fill and seal bags with materials

• Take samples from finished product to ensure quality

• Read and follow work orders

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Work independently and productively

• Support general mill operations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• 1+ year of mill experience preferred

• Comfortable working outdoors in dusty, fast-paced environments

• Able to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly

• Basic math and reading skills

• Able to bend, stand, stoop, climb, and walk for 810 hours

• Strong attendance record

• Flexible with schedule and shift changes

• Willing to work overtime as required

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
