Join our dynamic team as a Customer SupportSpecialist and become the vital link between our clients and our TechnicalSales Engineers. About the Role As our Customer SupportSpecialist, you'll be the cornerstone of customer satisfaction. Your role willbridge the gap between our sales department, clients, and vendors, ensuringseamless project execution from inception to completion. Your attention to detailand customer service skills will be crucial in managing project orders,coordinating and maintaining momentum. TheIdeal Candidate: 1-3 years of experiencein customer support, project coordination, or administrative roles Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite and customer relationship management tools Ability to quickly adaptto new software and customer service technologies Exceptional attention todetail and a customer-centric approach Excellent communicationand problem-solving skills Team player with a focuson customer satisfaction and success PreferredQualifications: Continued education incustomer service, business administration, or related fields Experience withSalesforce, ERP systems, and project management software Familiarity withdetailed tracking processes and customer support WorkEnvironment and Hours: Full-time position(Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) Standard office setting with occasional customer site visit WhyJoin Our Team?
