Medcor is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a full-time, employer-based clinic in Richland/Hanford, WA . This is a great opportunity to practice Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care in a collaborative, team-focused environmentwith a schedule designed for balance.

Position Highlights \n

• Schedule: Four (4) 10-hour shifts (MondayThursday) ~ Daytime schedule (Monday - Thursday, with one day a week 930a - 8p)
\n
• No weekends or on-call requirements
\n
• Setting: On-site clinic within a construction environment
\n
• Focus: Occupational Medicine + Urgent Care
\n
• Salary: $77$80/hour
\n
• Please Note: This is not a new grad opportunity
\n

About the Role \n

In this role, you will deliver high-quality care in a busy clinic setting while collaborating closely with on-site staff, Medcor leadership, and client stakeholders. Youll be supported by an assigned oversight physician and work within a strong team-based care model.

The clinic provides a broad scope of services , including:

• Diagnosis and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses
\n
• Urgent care services
\n
• Surveillance and regulatory exams
\n
• Preventative and wellness services
\n

A Typical Day Includes \n

\n
• Providing patient-centered clinical care and excellent customer service
\n
• Treating injuries and illnesses using Evidence-Based Medicine
\n
• Collaborating with internal teams and client professionals (HR, safety, environmental)
\n
• Supporting wellness and preventative care initiatives
\n
• Documenting care in EMR systems
\n
• Educating and coaching patients on treatment and healthy behaviors
\n

Requirements \n

\n
• Active, unrestricted Washington state license
\n
• Current DEA and BLS certification
\n
• Strong computer skills and EMR familiarity
\n
• Excellent communication skills (patients, clients, colleagues)
\n
• Team-oriented with a positive, outgoing approach
\n
• Comfortable working in an on-site clinic environment
\n
• Willingness to go above and beyond for patient care
\n
