Our unique scale allows us to make entire industries less wasteful and more sustainable, helping move the world toward a more circular economy.The Sales Process/Operations Manager is responsible for managing administrative functions of the sales team as directed by the VP Protein Sales with focus on optimizing the sales process, improving team productivity, and ensuring the sales team has the tools and resources needed to succeed.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:Supervises and manages a team of dedicated Sales AdministratorsDevelops and implements workflow process for sales optimizationProvides support to the sales team via training, coaching, onboarding, of current and new process, software, tools, etc.Collaborates with other departments such as Accounting, Operations, Marketing, QA, Transportation and IT to ensure alignment and efficiencyWorks with teams to identify and resolve any challenges that may impact business.Works with leadership and accounting for period end reports, account clean up, etcWorks with sales leadership to develop sales analysis and generate sales reportingEnsures data integrity within sales systemsWorking with different departments of organization for selection, testing, and implementation of processes, software, etc.Explores new technologies that could advance the sales organizationOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in sales administrative field; 1-2 years of supervising team preferred3+ years in customer service fieldSuperior knowledge of Oracle and Office 365 Applications, with emphasis on Excel Pivot TablesPreferred Qualifications:Excellent math skills, including statistical analysisStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritizeExceptional communication skills both written and oralSelf-motivated; self-starter; extroverted personalityWork well with all levels of the corporationMust be flexible and able to excel in a stressful environmentDarling Ingredients is an equal opportunity employer and gives consideration to qualified applicants without regard to race, color, creed, religion, age, pregnancy, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military service, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state and local law.
