Assistant General Manager – Fast Casual Restaurant | Champaign, IL

Salary: Up to $65,000 + Bonus + Profit Sharing + Industry-Leading Benefits

This is more than an Assistant General Manager role—it's your opportunity to become a future leader.

We're searching for a driven Assistant General Manager to join a fast-growing fast-casual brand in Champaign, IL. This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader who wants to make an impact, develop a team, and build a long-term career with a company that values people, community, and operational excellence.

As the right hand to the General Manager, you'll help lead daily operations, drive exceptional guest experiences, develop team members, and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant. You'll have a voice in the business and the opportunity to grow into future leadership roles.

What You'll Do:

Partner with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations
Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve service and performance goals
Support front- and back-of-house execution while maintaining brand standards
Help manage labor, food costs, inventory, and overall profitability
Create a positive team culture focused on hospitality and accountability
Step into a leadership role by motivating others and leading by example

What We're Looking For:

2–4 years of restaurant management or leadership experience
Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team
Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality
Experience supporting restaurant financials, cost controls, and operational goals
Desire to grow with an organization and take the next step in your career
