As a trusted business partner, you will: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives that align financial performance with business objectives. Collaborate with senior leaders to provide strategic financial guidance and actionable insights that drive decision-making. Analyze financial and operational performance, uncover trends, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver recommendations that impact the bottom line. Develop and present meaningful financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations that tell the story behind the numbers. Support growth initiatives, investments, and strategic projects by providing financial analysis, modeling, and business case development. Enhance visibility into business performance through cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning. Champion continuous improvement by streamlining financial processes, implementing technology solutions, and improving reporting capabilities. Partner cross-functionally to support organizational goals and strategic priorities. You'll also have the opportunity to: Develop and enhance reporting, planning, and forecasting tools that improve business performance. Create and manage recurring financial reporting packages for leadership teams. Drive efficiencies through process improvements that increase accuracy, transparency, and scalability. Investigate reporting variances and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve underlying business issues. Maintain strong controls, documentation, and audit-ready processes that support financial integrity. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 5-7+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or financial management experience. Strong business acumen with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels. Advanced analytical, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
