Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Proven experience conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
- Familiarity with K-12 settings and age-appropriate interventions
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and work independently
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret psychological, academic, and behavioral assessments
- Participate in special education eligibility meetings, IEP development, and student progress reviews
- Provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling as needed
- Consult with teachers, families, and support staff on strategies and interventions to address student needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
