Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide high-quality, evidence-based speech and language services to school-age children in home and community settings. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about helping children improve their communication skills while enjoying a flexible part-time schedule.

Position Details

• Location: Manhattan or Brooklyn, NY
• Schedule:
  • Manhattan: Monday-Friday | 3:15 PM - 5:15 PM
  • Brooklyn: Monday-Friday | After 4:00 PM
• Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week
• Setting: Home & Community-Based Services
• Caseload: School-age children

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech-language therapy to children with developmental and learning disabilities.
• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other communication disorders.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support therapeutic progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including session notes, progress reports, quarterly reports, and annual reviews.
• Ensure quality care while adhering to professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License.
• Experience providing speech-language therapy to school-age children.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, and other developmental or learning disabilities.
• Ability to travel within Manhattan and/or Brooklyn for home and community-based visits.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
