Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract assignment supporting students in the Metro Atlanta area as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 academic year. Multiple full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with most caseloads based at a single school site. Interviewing is currently underway for positions starting in early August 2026 through late May 2027.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active GA Department of Education (DOE) Certification
• Possess a current Georgia SLP License
• Previous experience as an SLP in a school setting preferred
• Bilingual SLPs are encouraged to apply (certain roles available)
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Commitment to supporting diverse populations from preschool through high school

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services to students, including assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
• Document and track student progress according to school and regulatory requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Assignments range from general caseloads to specialized low incidence units (e.g., Bolton ES), as well as opportunities in charter, primary, and high school settings

Opportunities Available:

• Full-time: 35 hours/week, across sites such as Gideons Old 4th Ward, Barack and Michelle Obama ES, Mary Lin ES, KIPP Ways, Buckhead Community Preschools, and others
• Part-time: Flexible 2-4 day schedules at Atlanta Classical Charter, Atlanta Neighborhood Charter, and Rivers, with options for bilingual SLPs
