We guide older adults and their families through life's biggest transitions with compassion, professionalism, and respect. Our services include downsizing, relocation, estate cleanouts, online estate auctions through CTBids, and home preparation for sale. We're seeking a relationship-builder who wants to make a meaningful impact in the community.
Position Summary
The Business Development & Community Outreach Manager is responsible for expanding our referral network, increasing community awareness, coordinating outreach initiatives, supporting marketing efforts, and managing our local social media presence throughout Huntersville, Kannapolis, Concord, Cornelius, Davidson, and Mooresville.
Primary Responsibilities
• Build referral relationships with senior living communities, healthcare providers, real estate professionals, attorneys, financial advisors, hospice agencies, and other senior-serving organizations.
• Attend networking events, chamber meetings, health fairs, and community events.
• Coordinate educational workshops and lunch-and-learns.
• Develop local marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn content.
• Capture photos/videos at events and projects (with permission).
• Promote CTBids estate sales and company events.
• Maintain CRM records and provide weekly activity reports.
• Represent the Caring Transitions brand professionally.
Qualifications
• Experience in business development, sales, marketing, community outreach, healthcare, real estate, or senior services preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and social media platforms.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
