Key Responsibilities Serves as an interface with selected business units and GIS Sales, Operations, Engineering, Service and Finance domains for the purpose of architecting complex IT solutions, technology strategy alignment, solution discovery, service management, and project portfolio management. Validates and ensures design integrity of complex solutions using multiple technologies to address complex cross‑functional needs. Oversees complex, integrated solutions and platform support services to meet performance, availability, customer service level agreement, and customer satisfaction targets. Manages RFT and contractor resources to ensure delivery of multiple projects and support services within area of responsibility and within allocated budget. Contributes to the development and implementation of GIS project management, software application development, testing, service management, change management, root‑cause analysis, and other relevant processes, standards, governance, and control changes and improvements. Functional Knowledge Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own job family and knowledge of other related job families. Business Expertise Applies in‑depth understanding of how own discipline integrates within the segment/function. Leadership Manages multiple related teams, sets organizational priorities, and allocates resources. Problem Solving Identifies and resolves complex technical, operational and organizational problems. Impact Impacts the business results of a team or area by supporting and funding of projects, products, services and/or technologies and developing policies and plans guided by business unit, department, or sub‑functional business plans. Candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as participation in bonus and stock award programs, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
