Job Title: Solution Architect Job ID: 2466390 Location: US - 80% Travel Responsibilities: End-to-end ownership of large application management and ITO deal pursuit process from qualification to closure including solution strategy, Operating model design, Estimation, Business-case preparation and commercial modelling, solution presentations, pricing, and contract negotiation discussion which includes, Understand customer's business requirements and create appropriate value proposition using HCL offerings across service lines to drive the RFP response Define the Operating model construct based on RFP requirements Perform Ticket analysis, Estimation, Automation and Operational transformation for both AMS and AD Design ownership of end-to-end solution to develop the solution blueprint including transformation roadmap Drive internal reviews with Leadership on pursuit strategy, solution design, estimation methods etc. Front end solution defense discussions with customer in remote or in person based on RFP demands Continuously work on deal differentiators and strategies that will help the team in increasing the win ratio Motivate and drive the team to go the extra mile to create differentiation in every customer pitch Travel for bid defense and other customer interaction based on need Qualifications & Experience IT experience with 5+ years of Solution architect experience in Large Application support and development RFPs Experience in Product aligned Operating model proposition and implementation. Experience in Enterprise Applications, Industry Solutions (e.g. IS Utilities, IS Oil, IS Retail, etc.) and other periphery applications (e.g. OpenText, Vertex, etc.) Experience in using Gen AI for productivity improvement in areas such as ticket automation and elimination propositions with industry toolsets. Experience managing / building / maintaining relationships with CIO, CXO, Stakeholders Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation skill Experience in P&L & Growth Management. Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
