Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Senior FDA Regulatory Associate to join its Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice Group in New York City, NY. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience advising clients on FDA regulatory matters, including transactional matters involving FDA-regulated entities. Duties Advise clients on FDA regulatory matters, including product development and clinical trials. Assist in transactional matters involving FDA-regulated entities. Collaborate with government regulators throughout the FDA-regulated product life cycle. Draft and review legal documents with outstanding writing skills. Engage in a dynamic, diverse, and fast-paced practice area. Requirements 17 years of experience in FDA regulatory matters. Experience with product development, clinical trials, and marketing. Familiarity with government regulators at all stages of the FDA-regulated product life cycle. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications NY Bar admission in good standing. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
