Digital Content Creator Tailwind Partners is recruiting a Digital Content Creator on behalf of a federal campaign based in Wichita, Kansas. This role is the engine behind the campaign's digital presence. We need someone who can create platform-native content across all campaign social media channels, staff the candidate at events, and capture the kind of authentic, in-the–moment storytelling that actually moves voters. The Digital Content Creator will: Develop and execute a high-volume content strategy across all major social platforms, building the campaign's digital footprint from the ground up Shoot, edit, and post content Staff candidate at events, press appearances, and community engagements Manage day-to-day community engagement, track analytics, and work closely with campaign leadership to keep the digital program aligned with broader messaging strategy What We're Looking For: 1-2 cycles of campaign communications experience Strong command of short-form video and strong understanding of how each platform's algorithm works Experience in graphic design Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced campaign environment Collaborative team player with a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving campaign success Passion for politics and commitment to advancing the candidate's electoral goals through effective communication strategies Commitment to social justice, diversity, and inclusion We require a reliable laptop, cell phone, and vehicle.
