Platform Operations Specialist

Episode Six is a global provider of API-based issuer processing and ledger infrastructure. What We’re Hiring For Platform Operations Specialist – America Team. Responsibilities Perform software releases and infrastructure updates across multiple PaaS instances of the E6 Cloud platform. Manage multiple AWS EKS Kubernetes clusters. Maintain cloud infrastructure (e.g., RDS, load balancers, networking, storage). Administer Linux and Windows servers. Maintain SQL and NoSQL databases. Support software development and testing activities. Assist client onboarding and migrations. Routine testing of system backups and disaster recovery plans. Daily infrastructure monitoring and maintenance. Create and maintain internal documentation. Participate in a standard on‑call rotation with other team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Experience & Skills 3+ years of AWS cloud management experience (or other public cloud provider). 3+ years of Kubernetes cluster administration. 3+ years of Linux OS management experience. 2+ years of Python scripting. Demonstrated infrastructure troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform.
