This is a genuine opportunity to influence the future of the business, lead from the front and position yourself for senior leadership progression.The RoleThis is a hands-on leadership position where you'll balance managing a portfolio of key corporate clients with developing and mentoring a growing team of Client Executives. You'll be responsible for:Leading, coaching and developing a team of Client Executives, with plans to expand the team over the coming yearsManaging a select portfolio of high-value corporate clients, delivering strategic advice and exceptional serviceBuilding trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, focusing on risk management, business continuity and long-term partnership rather than purely transactional insurance discussionsSupporting the growth of the business by attracting and developing top talentContributing to the wider strategy and continued success of the Bristol officeAbout YouWe're keen to speak with individuals who have a strong background in the corporate insurance market and are passionate about delivering strategic client solutions. You'll ideally have:Experience managing large or complex corporate insurance clientsPrevious leadership experience, or be a Senior Client Executive ready to take the next step into managementA consultative approach with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholdersStrong commercial awareness and a strategic mindsetDiploma qualification (or working towards it) would be advantageousExperience gained within either a national, global or independent insurance BrokerWhat's on Offer?This is far more than a management role - it's an opportunity to shape a business during an exciting period of growth.
