The role is conducted entirely through telehealth, providing the convenience of connecting with clients from the comfort of your chosen workspace. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you a consistent schedule while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using telehealth platforms, ensuring client engagement and participation.

• Assess clients' mental health conditions through comprehensive evaluations, determining appropriate treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to empower clients towards achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using established electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and refine treatment strategies, sharing insights and resources to enhance client care.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, ensuring client safety and emergency referrals to appropriate services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
