Manufacturing Engineer NPI I

Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Chemical, Physics Engineering, or related field Experience: 0–2 years in a related manufacturing or engineering role Language: Intermediate technical English Certifications (Preferred): Lean, Green Belt Standards Knowledge (Preferred): ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820 Responsibilities Supervise and mentor manufacturing technicians Provide daily production support and resolve minor issues Assist in documenting IQ/OQ/PQ processes Support audits, CAPA, SCAR, NCMR, and pFMEA activities Participate in root cause analysis (Ishikawa, 5 Whys) Perform tasks as assigned by management Knowledge / Technical Skills Manufacturing processes: injection molding, assembly, welding, etc. Engineering drawing interpretation (GD&T, tolerances) Lean tools: 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke Documentation: BOMs, SOPs, ECNs Experience with component design for plastic injection molding, metal forming/stamping, and electromechanical devices #J-18808-Ljbffr
