We are currently seeking experienced Drop Bury Technicians to join our team for upcoming projects.This is a 1099 contractor position with competitive pay, steady workload, and opportunities for long-term partnership.Position OverviewAs a Drop Bury Technician, you will be responsible for:Burying coax and fiber service lines from the tap/pedestal to the customer's premisesPerforming trenching, boring, and ground restorationEnsuring all work meets company and client specificationsMaintaining professionalism, safety standards, and quality workmanshipCompensation & BenefitsWeekly Pay: $2,000 – $3,500+ (based on production)Per Diem: $50/day for experienced traveling techniciansSign-On Bonus: $500RequirementsReliable truck and burial tools (trenchers, boring equipment, shovels, drills, etc.)Proven experience with coax and/or fiber drop burial workValid Driver's LicenseSocial Security Number or valid Work AuthorizationAbility to pass a drug test and background checkStrong work ethic and ability to work independentlyCommitment to restoring property to pre-work condition (sod, dirt, landscaping, etc.)Why Work With Lantech Communications?At Lantech, we understand that drop bury work requires skill, efficiency, and dedication.
