Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Magnum is hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician to perform general building maintenance, facility repairs, and yard support while helping keep our campus safe, efficient, and well-maintained. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining buildings, grounds, and equipment while supporting shop operations as needed.

What You'll Do

Perform general building maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and other facility repairs
Maintain and repair dock equipment, including dock lights, overhead doors, dock plates, exterior racking, dumpsters, and scrap areas
Perform seasonal property maintenance, including snow plowing, snow removal, sanding, and ice control during winter months
Maintain the fuel island by cleaning, emptying trash, replenishing windshield washer fluid, and ensuring spill kits are stocked
Organize tractor and trailer parking areas to maximize yard efficiency
Assist drivers with pre-trip inspections and help ensure DOT compliance requirements are met
Inspect trailers for cleanliness and sweep trailers as needed
Pick up and deliver parts, equipment, and materials to support shop operations
Perform light vehicle and equipment maintenance, including preventive maintenance assistance, tire checks, lighting repairs, grease service, jump starts, and DOT-related support
Monitor equipment and facility conditions to identify repair needs and help control maintenance costs
Maintain accurate documentation of completed maintenance and repair work
Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Perform additional maintenance and facility support duties as assigned
