Technical Support Specialist

A well known client in Columbia, SC is looking to add a Technical Support Specialist to their team. The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the helpdesk team. Responsibilities: Provide phone coverage for the IT Services Helpdesk. Provides helpdesk and training support to end-users. Repairs and replaces computer hardware. Provides technical assistance to office staff. Assists in the day-to-day operations of the IT ticketing system and will ensure the timely resolution of trouble tickets and service requests. Benefits & Compensation: $17/hr FGP offers contract employees benefits including minimum essential coverage insurance, a fixed indemnity plan and a 401k retirement plan once eligibility requirements are met.
