[Responsibilities]

- Analyze, document, and improve business processes for Medicaid and healthcare IT projects.
- Gather and translate business requirements into actionable specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, ensuring communication and alignment.
- Develop detailed documentation including business cases, workflows, and system requirements.
- Participate in testing, implementation, and ongoing support of technology solutions.

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or healthcare environments.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement and change management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Must be a current South Carolina resident.

[Preferred Skills]

- Experience with Medicaid, MMIS, or government healthcare systems.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
