Remote Compensation Lead: Pay Strategy & Insights
Humana
Humana seeks a Compensation Lead to design, implement and administer enterprise-wide compensation programs. You will analyze associate, market and financial data and present insights to senior leadership, driving decisions on pay structures, equity and recognition.
In this remote role, you will lead projects, collaborate with HR and finance, and ensure programs align with the company strategy while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
