This is a hybrid or remote role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and has a passion for developing people and scaling high-performing sales teams.As the Talent Manager, you'll lead and mentor a team of recruiters while managing full-cycle recruiting for sales and marketing roles in the home improvement industry.
