Kratos has an exciting opportunity in Orlando, FL for a Senior Contracts Administrator who will perform various contracts administration activities in support of a business unit. Responsibilities include: Maintaining complete contract files and reviewing and negotiating modifications. Developing and maintaining a contract requirements flow‑down matrix. Ensuring contract compliance and proposal certification. Monitoring timely submission of data deliverables and mitigating risks in concert with Program teams. Supporting the submittal of RFQs and RFP proposal responses to Government and DoD prime contractors. Administering and negotiating contractual award transactions. Maintaining contracts database and other internal systems. Participating as a member of program teams and conducting contract negotiations, administration, and customer contact activities in accordance with contract requirements, company policies, and legal requirements. Advising management of contractual rights and obligations. Experience And Skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as a subject matter expert. Strong knowledge of the FAR/DFARS, CMMC, and commercial contracting practices. Working knowledge of ITAR and EAR. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Must be a US person to work at this location. 7–10 years of experience. Preferred Skills And Experience Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and a process‑oriented approach. Strong interpersonal skills for building customer relationships and working with all levels of management; offering guidance to internal functional groups on contract administration and solicitation compliance requirements in accordance with company policy and federal procurement regulations. Ability to apply sound business judgment in a high‑paced, demanding environment and facilitate problem resolution to internal or external customer satisfaction. CPCM or equivalent educational courses are helpful. Working knowledge of Deltek Costpoint business systems. Competitive salary based on experience and education.
