Fabrication SupervisorDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Fabrication Supervisor for a thermal management and HVAC manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you'll lead production operations, support a skilled fabrication team, and help ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Read below for more information!Oversee daily production activities during the shift and ensure production goals are metLead, coach, and motivate production employees in a manufacturing environmentMaintain compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standardsMonitor production schedules and coordinate workflow to maximize productivityTroubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective solutionsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellenceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer and business objectives are achievedPrevious leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with fabrication, HVAC production, sheet metal, or related manufacturing processes preferredStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to manage and motivate a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to stand and walk throughout the shift and work in a manufacturing settingReliable transportation and ability to work the scheduled shiftThe company provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and group term life insurance.
