Event Coordinator
This recruitment will be used to fill full-time position/s working eight (8) hours per day, twelve (12) months per year. Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, the Event Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of district-wide events related to performing arts, athletics, academic programs, and community engagement. This position ensures seamless event logistics, facility use coordination, compliance with district policies, and effective collaboration with staff, vendors, and community partners.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required). • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). • Three (3) years of experience in event planning, facility coordination, or program management, preferably in a school district, nonprofit, or public sector environment.
