You will passionately engage with customers, share the unique narrative of Diptyque products, and drive sales through exceptional service and brand expertise. Job Responsibilities\\*\\* \\* Represent Diptyque with professionalism and enthusiasm, consistently reflecting the brand's sophisticated image and values. \\* Actively engage with customers, providing personalized consultations and an immersive brand experience. \\* Educate customers on Diptyque's product range, ingredients, history, and unique selling propositions. \\* Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer interaction and upselling/cross-selling techniques. \\* Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and according to brand guidelines. \\* Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products. \\* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems. \\* Gather customer feedback and market insights, communicating them effectively to management. \\* Participate in special events, promotions, and training sessions as required. \\* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.\\* Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager Job Qualifications\\*\\* \\* Proven experience in a luxury retail, sales, or customer service environment, preferably in beauty, fragrance, or home goods. \\* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with diverse clientele. \\* A genuine passion for luxury products and an understanding of the Diptyque brand aesthetic. \\* Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset. \\* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as retail demands. \\* Excellent presentation and grooming standards, reflecting the luxury nature of the brand. \\* Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus. \\* High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. \\* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
