Territory Sales Manager

Strategic Talent Partners (STP) is conducting a search for a Distribution Sales Manager on behalf of our client, an established organization in the power and technology distribution industry. This individual will be responsible for growing reseller and distribution business throughout the North Central United States, with a focus on developing new customers, expanding existing relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do Drive sales revenue and margin growth throughout the assigned territory Prospect and develop new reseller relationships, particularly within the power, IT, and data center markets Grow existing accounts by identifying new products and opportunities Build strong relationships with reseller partners and manufacturers’ representatives Partner with internal product specialists to provide customers with broader solutions Manage opportunities, account activity, and sales pipeline through CRM Serve as a key liaison between customers, manufacturers, and internal teams Stay current on products, competitors, and trends within the market Travel throughout the territory as needed What We’re Looking For 5+ years of successful sales experience within IT hardware, technology distribution, power products, or a related market Experience selling through reseller and/or distribution channels Strong prospecting and new business development skills Knowledge of the data center and IT marketplace Familiarity with single-phase and three-phase UPS products is strongly preferred Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills Experience working within CRM and ERP systems; IFS experience is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; technical background is a plus Ability to travel as needed The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building relationships, opening new doors, and taking ownership of a territory while working collaboratively with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr Strategic Talent Partners
