Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position available in Sierra Vista, Arizona. This role involves providing specialized emergency care in a busy ER department, focusing on trauma, STEMI, psych, cardiac, GI, stroke, and other urgent health concerns. The position requires a proactive and team-oriented RN capable of managing a diverse patient population within a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Arizona RN license; ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications; 2+ years of ER experience preferred; located within 60 miles or more of Sierra Vista, AZ
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with trauma and pediatric cases, resilient and team-oriented personality, easy-going attitude
• Unit Information:
  • Department: Emergency Department
  • Number of Beds: 22
  • Patient Ratios: 4:1 for pod patients, 2:1 critical, 6:1 fast track
  • Equipment: Electronic Health Record (Cerner)
• Additional Information:
  • Must have a flexible, hard-working attitude suitable for high-pressure situations
  • Dress code: Scrubs in any color or print; no non-scrubs, T-shirts, open toe shoes, hoodies, or leggings
