Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are proudly expanding our Autism program with the utilization of evidenced based ABA practices. Join KFSABA and be trained to implement the latest techniques. Also offering supervision for individuals pursuing their BCBA, and paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and certification. LOCATIONS & HOURS Center based Flexible hours: full and part-time opportunities are available Available hours include (but are not limited to) weekdays and Saturday with shifts varying between 7am and 7pm REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Minimum of a Master's Degree Current BCBA and LABA Certification Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions Requirement All new hires will need to submit proof of vaccination upon hire or must submit negative weekly COVID tests It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting. Candidates must possess the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on their feet as well as an ability to lift items to 50 lbs on occasion Note: This role requires the ability to spend a significant amount of time crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods ADVANTAGES Work with a committed agency with a 15 year unbelievable track record of service and advancement Highly competitive compensation based on your education and experience ABOUT US Kaleidoscope ABA provides center based, community and home based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy services to children and young adults.
