About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead and build a healthcare media business unit focused on programmatic advertising and data products. The role will shape the strategy, operating model, brand, product roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market plans, bringing offerings from development through launch, client adoption, and revenue growth. The leader will collaborate with internal teams and external clients and partners to turn audience, technology, and analytics capabilities into market-ready products. Responsibilities also include managing budgets and performance, building scalable processes, recruiting and leading an initial commercial team, and owning the venture’s growth and financial results. Candidates should bring senior leadership experience, including at least eight years in programmatic or healthcare media, pharmaceutical marketing, digital advertising, advertising technology, healthcare data, commercial analytics, or a related field. A track record of launching or scaling a business, product, platform, or revenue-generating service is required, along with strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, audience activation, media buying, targeting, and campaign measurement. The role calls for product commercialization expertise, data literacy, financial fluency, and the ability to influence clients and collaborate across technical and commercial teams. A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
