Job Details The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial real estate law and a proactive, client-focused mindset. Specific qualifications include: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Virginia (or eligibility for admission). 5–10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leasing, financing, and development. Demonstrated ability to manage deals independently, including drafting and negotiating complex documents. Experience with land use and zoning matters is highly desirable.
