Business/Construction Law Attorney

We are seeking a motivated VIRGINIA-BARRED or MARYLAND-BARRED Senior Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience in civil litigation to join our dynamic team. This is a high-growth opportunity for highly motivated individuals. Our performance-based bonus structure empowers high-performing associate attorneys to make up to $80,000 per year in additional bonuses on top of their base pay. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers, gain hands-on experience in litigation, and contribute to meaningful cases across real estate, business, and commercial law. Field consultations with potential clients
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.
Assist with all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client management.
Work with the firm's business development team to develop referral relationships
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Admitted to practice law in Virginia and/or Maryland
• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in real estate or business law.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
