Remote Operations & Client Support | Entry-Level | Hiring Now

We're currently hiring individuals who are dependable, professional, and eager to learn. Join our team in a Remote Operations & Client Support role and develop valuable skills while working from home.

No previous experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
No previous experience required
Reliable internet connection
Access to a computer or laptop
Strong communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work independently in a remote environment

What You'll Do

Assist with daily client and team support activities
Attend scheduled virtual meetings with clients
Provide information regarding available benefit options
Help maintain accurate client records and documentation
Follow established team procedures and workflows
Communicate with clients and team members professionally
