What You'll Do

  Connect With Clients Virtually

• Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits

• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities

• Answer questions professionally and clearly

• Create a positive and personalized client experience

• Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and follow-up

  Educate & Assist Families

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Help clients understand benefit and coverage information

• Identify individual and family protection needs

• Recommend appropriate solutions based on those needs

• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment

• Complete required documentation accurately

• Conduct policy reviews

• Assist with beneficiary updates

• Respond to policy and coverage questions

• Provide ongoing follow-up and client support

• Maintain accurate digital client records

• Manage appointments and schedules

This position combines  customer service, relationship building, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales .
