This is a seasonal position with opportunities for year-round employment later on.

$18-$22/hr DOE (annual equivalent $37,440-$45,760)

Summary : Works together alongside the landscaping crew engaged in the landscaping and grounds upkeep of all managed Home Owner Associations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Works alongside workers engaged in landscaping and grounds maintenance for all managed home owner associations (HOA’s).

Engages in ground maintenance activities, such as snow removal, mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse, picking up pet waste & refuse, hauling trash and debris.

Entails operating heavy machinery & ability to load/unload equipment.

Maintain a pleasant and efficient working atmosphere with all staff members through open lines of communications.

Maintains high quality standards for all landscape activities ensuring that all common areas and grounds always meet first class standards.

Maintains and stays accountable for company-owned equipment and assets such as snowblowers, lawnmowers, skid steers, shovels, and other landscaping materials.

Alert superiors with suggestions or concerns on state of properties, equipment, or safety issues.

Tracks, & maintain tools, equipment and supplies for department.

Meet production schedules, while never sacrificing safety.

Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.

Drives to and from properties in a safe and lawful manner. Always being mindful of safety and adherence to the rules of the road.

Communicates with Supervisor and association managers of potential problems that might arise or affects guest or owner satisfaction or safety.

Day to day care and upkeep of common areas for all resort properties to include snow and ice removal, basic landscaping, sweeping of both interior and exterior floors and walkways and trash pickups.

Maintains high quality standards for all buildings and grounds, ensuring that common areas, buildings and grounds always meet first class standards.

Provides general cleaning of common areas, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.

Transports trash, waste and recycling to proper disposal areas.

Performs minor repairs in rental units including replacing lightbulbs, CO monitors, smoke detectors and/or remote batteries.

Assisting other departments as requested, including moving furniture, unloading and storing supplies or transporting small equipment or tools between departments.

Adheres to company policies and follows all safety regulations. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
