As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Rose Counseling LLC, your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique goals, preferences, and circumstances of each client, utilizing evidence-based methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote recovery and resilience.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations to ensure the most effective interventions.
