Director, Global Supply Chain and Process Excellence - Clinical Specialty Services

Director-level role leading global Sales and Operations Planning across Clinical & Specialty Services network. Responsible for process design, capacity management, demand-supply alignment, and supply chain metrics across multiple GMP-regulated sites. Reports to senior leadership in a field-based position.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end S&OP process design, documentation, deployment, and sustainability across sites
• Lead global S&OP meetings and maintain governing procedures, templates, and training
• Manage network capacity model and communicate capacity constraints to commercial and operational teams
• Drive demand-supply reconciliation and improve forecast accuracy
• Define, manage, and report network-level supply chain metrics and control tower visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Life Sciences
• Minimum 10 years supply chain, planning, or operations experience
• Minimum 5 years leading multi-site planning in GMP environment
• Proven ownership of formal S&OP or Integrated Business Planning process
• Strong analytical and data modeling capabilities with reporting proficiency
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
