As a Dining Room Supervisor in Remy, a French‑inspired luxury restaurant featuring world‑class cuisine, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest service. Responsibilities Provide detailed menu descriptions to guests, take orders, and elegantly set tables for each course. Coordinate service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food to guests. Lead various tasks and side work assigned by management. Utilize the computer work station (Micros system) efficiently. Manage the ordering, pick‑up, and delivery of all food and beverages to guests. Collaborate with the Demi Chef de Rang to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in compliance with USPH guidelines. Practice up‑selling and suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience. Follow responsible vendor procedures for alcohol service. Bid farewell to guests warmly and ensure they had a memorable dining experience. Basic Qualifications A minimum of one year (recommended two years) experience in fine dining service. Experience in a Michelin Star restaurant is a plus. Strong knowledge of international wines, cocktails, and beverages. Confidence in engaging with well‑traveled guests. Additional Information This role is shipboard. Genuine interest in a career at sea, with a willingness to live and work onboard a Disney Cruise Line vessel. Commitment to safety responsibilities and emergency preparedness as per the ship Assembly Plan. Compliance with general safety management responsibilities in your operational areas. Willingness to share a cabin with other crew members and appreciate working in a multicultural environment with strict regulations. Travel and Eligibility Requirements Possess a valid passport and C1/D Seaman's visa (Disney Cruise Line will assist with the application). Complete pre‑employment medical checks. Obtain a criminal background check. Bring proper work shoes as specified. Disney Cruise Line is a drug‑free workplace.
