Manufacturing Coordinator*The title of the role is Manufacturing Coordinator. Working Monday-Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm ONSITE Key Manufacturing Operations Coordinator Responsibilities*· Support recruitment efforts for hourly positions, including candidate coordination and administrative activities.· Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate site visits.· Working with the manufacturing leader, understand the staffing needs and be the point of contact for the corporate talent acquisition team to track open requisitions and hiring activity.· Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and orientation sessions.· Monitor and track employee absenteeism through the shop floor call-off process.· Partner with manufacturing leaders to host on site initiatives and projects designed to enhance employee engagement and experience.· Develop a plan/system for rewards & recognition· Gather suggestion box Ideas, review with Manufacturing Leadership and organize Reward and Award· Organize Lunch and learn· Shop Floor Event Committee Management· Develop a plan/system for rewards & recognition· Organize/schedule Training calendar for Manufacturing shop floor teamQualifications & Requirements· High School Diploma or GED required.· Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role.· Strong organizational and administrative skills.· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.· Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Desired Characteristics· Enthusiastic team player with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.· Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and work independently.· Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.· High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.DocumentsNo Attachments are added yet
