Echo Care ABA is seeking an organized, outgoing, and motivated Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to help build relationships and increase awareness of our ABA therapy services.

This is a flexible, part-time position that may be scheduled for a few hours per day or approximately three days per week. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, developing professional relationships, and representing an organization within the community.

Responsibilities

• Visit pediatricians, schools, daycares, community organizations, family resource centers, and other referral sources throughout New Jersey
• Introduce Echo Care ABA and explain our services clearly and professionally
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources
• Distribute brochures and outreach materials
• Follow up with contacts and identify new outreach opportunities
• Attend community events when appropriate
• Maintain an organized outreach log documenting visits, contacts, follow-ups, and outcomes
• Provide regular updates regarding outreach activity and results
• Assist with basic marketing projects and community engagement efforts

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, business development, community outreach, healthcare outreach, or a related role preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Friendly, confident, professional, and comfortable approaching new organizations
• Highly organized and able to manage follow-ups independently
• Reliable and able to work with limited supervision
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current automobile insurance
• Willing and able to travel locally throughout New Jersey
• Familiarity with ABA therapy, autism services, healthcare, education, or child-related services is helpful but not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
