As the receptionist for our busy Chiropractic office, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. We are looking for someone to work our afternoon shift from 2:00 to 6:00 Monday through Thursday. Responsibilities Greet guests as they arrive Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services Qualifications Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service Strong work ethic and positive attitude Familiar with computers and scheduling software Excellent multi-tasking skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Sowers Chiropractic Center
