Full Time Office Receptionist Position

Job Description Our client, a professional law office, is seeking an Office Receptionist to join their team. As an Office Receptionist, you will be part of the administrative support team, providing essential services to clients and staff. Job Title: Office Receptionist
Pay Range: $15.00 per Hour
Shift: Full-time, Monday-Friday position (Friday hours are 9-2pm)
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.
Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar effectively.
Handle general office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive financial information.
Must be reliable and presentable, reflecting the professionalism of the office.
Availability for a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday (with Friday hours from 9 AM to 2 PM).
This is a temp-to-perm position.
Opportunity to work in a professional law office environment.
