Key Responsibilities Lead the management and execution of assigned medium to large projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule, specifically in the DOE, DoD, and commercial contract environments. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures to guide project execution. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with client expectations and company objectives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and subcontractors, to ensure project milestones are met. Track project budgets and expenses, report on financial performance, and forecast project costs. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential disruptions to project timelines or deliverables. Ensure projects are compliant with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards as required by government contracts. Communicate project status regularly to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders through formal reports and presentations. Coordinate and manage resources across multiple departments to ensure efficient project execution. Maintain accurate and complete project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders. Education, Experience and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (required). Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in industries related to DOE, DoD, or government contracting (required). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred), or equivalent experience in project management roles. Experience working with project management tools and methodologies, such as Earned Value Management (EVM) and contract compliance in government settings (required). Must receive a satisfactory pre-hire drug screen and background check. Must possess a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record. Must be able to meet the physical requirements.
