Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Employment Type : Full-time/ TEMP Hire
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. This position will be part of the region based rotating on-call schedule for after hour emergencies.
Location:
- Port View (239 units) 320 NE Columbia Ave Boardman OR 97818
- Tidewater (144 units) 203 Tidewater Way, Boardman OR
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Compensation Package:
- Competitive starting hourly pay range of $23.00-$23.00
- Monthly transportation allowance of $200.00
- Monthly phone allowance of $50.00

Administrative:
- Comply with all Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements

- Comply with OSHA safety regulations
- Attend training and development seminars
- Communicate daily with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, and perform tasks as requested
Asset Preservation:
- Ensure the building is in accordance with all applicable building codes, ordinances, pool safety, fire codes, and emergency evacuation regulations <
