This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in inside sales, customer service, call centers, hospitality, financial services, reservations, collections, or other customer-facing environments who wants a stable career with a base salary and additional performance-based earning potential. Previous bail-bond experience is not required. The employer provides extensive hands‑on training and is looking for someone who is dependable, persuasive, comfortable communicating with people from all walks of life, able to learn new systems, and motivated to build a long-term career. About the Position As a Sales & Client Services Agent, you will assist individuals and families who are trying to arrange the release of a loved one from jail. Customers are often dealing with stressful or unfamiliar circumstances, so the ability to remain calm, professional, helpful, and nonjudgmental is extremely important. This position combines inside sales, customer service, financial conversations, administrative responsibilities, and detailed case follow-up . Successful employees understand that every qualified inquiry is an opportunity to provide excellent service while earning the customer's business. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound telephone calls and assist walk‑in customers. Treat qualified inquiries as opportunities to earn the customer's business. Explain the bail-bond process clearly and professionally. Gather information needed to evaluate, prepare, and process bonds. Discuss and negotiate pricing, collateral, payment arrangements, and agreement terms within company guidelines. Prepare, review, execute, and submit bond documentation. Process payments and maintain accurate customer and financial records. Communicate electronically with courts, jails, attorneys, and other appropriate parties. Follow up on missing documentation, payments, payment plans, and other customer obligations. Manage multiple active customers and cases simultaneously. Maintain accurate information within CRM, email, payment-processing, and proprietary systems. Review documentation carefully for accuracy and completeness. Protect confidential customer and case information. Work toward established sales and performance goals. Develop professional referral relationships with criminal-defense attorneys and other appropriate contacts. Assist employees at other company locations with calls, payments, paperwork, inventory, and coverage when needed. Because scheduled workdays move through the week, employees will work weekdays, weekends, and holidays depending on where those days fall within their rotation. Candidates must be able to commit reliably to the complete assigned schedule. Employees generally receive four consecutive days off following each four-day work rotation. Overnight employees must be comfortable working independently for extended periods and remaining productive and responsive during both busy and slower portions of the shift. Occasionally, an employee may need to remain beyond the scheduled end of a shift to complete an active customer transaction or until proper coverage arrives. The transition is not automatically tied to a specific date. Employees may also become eligible for additional performance-based compensation, including: Commission opportunities. Eligibility for commissions and incentives is based on training progress, management approval, and individual or office performance. The employer estimates that a dependable employee consistently meeting performance expectations may earn approximately $44,000 or more in total annual compensation . High performers have additional earning potential. Commission, bonuses, incentives, and total annual earnings are performance-based and are not guaranteed . A personal vehicle available throughout every assigned shift. Occasional business travel may be required during the workday to a jail, courthouse, government facility, another company office, or another authorized location. Be comfortable working within the bail-bond industry. Be comfortable performing a position that combines sales, customer service, financial discussions, and detailed documentation. The employer manages the required bonding-licence process and related licensing expenses. County approval requirements vary, and final licensing eligibility is determined by the appropriate governmental authority. Employer contribution toward employee insurance premiums. 401(k) with company match. Paid time off. Paid vacation. Employer-paid life insurance. Health, dental, and vision benefits become effective on the first day of the month following the employee's date of hire . Employees may begin utilizing available PTO after completing the introductory period. Complete benefit and enrollment information will be reviewed during the hiring process. Career Growth The organization is looking for individuals interested in building a long-term career rather than simply taking their next job. Strong performers may have opportunities to move into: Higher-volume offices. Different shifts. Positions with expanded responsibilities. Leadership opportunities as the organization continues to grow. Advancement is based on performance, demonstrated readiness, business needs, and available opportunities and is not guaranteed within a specific timeframe. Qualified candidates will receive additional company and location-specific information during the interview process. Important: If you have previously applied to, interviewed with, worked for, or spoken with this employer regarding employment, please notify your Focus People recruiter before proceeding. #J-18808-Ljbffr
