We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our accounting and office operations. This role focuses on AP/AR functions along with general office duties and production support.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $24-28/hr

Responsibilities:
- Manage AP/AR processes including invoicing, receiving, and shipping documentation
- Create purchase orders for vendors and invoice customers
- Receive and process transactions in QuickBooks
- Assist with maintaining accurate documentation for processing
- Support general office functions including mail sorting, answering phones, and ordering supplies
- Assist with production documentation, including ordering materials
- Experience with AP/AR and QuickBooks preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Spanish required
