Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant (AP/AR)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our accounting and office operations. This role focuses on AP/AR functions along with general office duties and production support.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $24-28/hr

Responsibilities:

Manage AP/AR processes including invoicing, receiving, and shipping documentation
Create purchase orders for vendors and invoice customers
Receive and process transactions in QuickBooks
Assist with maintaining accurate documentation for processing
Support general office functions including mail sorting, answering phones, and ordering supplies
Assist with production documentation, including ordering materials

Qualifications:

Experience with AP/AR and QuickBooks preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual Spanish required
