Responsibilities:

• Conducting initial evaluations and assessments to determine patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Designing and implementing therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, mobility, and function
• Assisting patients in performing therapeutic exercises and providing guidance and encouragement throughout the process
• Utilizing manual therapy techniques, such as massage and joint mobilization, to promote healing and pain relief
• Incorporating creative and engaging therapy techniques to make sessions enjoyable and motivating for patients
• Monitoring and documenting patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Educating patients and their families on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and home exercise programs

Requirements:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
• A sparkling personality and a genuine passion for helping people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based physical therapy techniques
• Ability to think creatively and implement innovative therapy strategies
• A knack for making therapy sessions enjoyable and motivating for patients
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of patients
